At ZESTO BITES, we are committed to delivering a premium snacking experience in every pack. As our products are food items, we follow a strict quality and hygiene-based return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • ✦ Product received is damaged or tampered
  • ✦ Incorrect product delivered

To Initiate a Request:

Please provide the following within 48 hours of delivery:

  • ✦ Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • ✦ Unboxing video
  • ✦ Clear product images

2. Non-Returnable Conditions:

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • ✗ Opened or consumed products
  • ✗ Returns based on taste preference
  • ✗ Requests raised after 48 hours

3. Refund and Replacement:

  • ✦ Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • ✦ Refunded to original payment method OR as Store credit
  • ✦ Replacement products will be shipped free of cost
